Return Policy 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Sam Austins Webstore are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong product, size, or quantity

Buyer’s remorse

Finding the item elsewhere at a lower price

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the transaction is considered complete.

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Defective, Damaged in transit, or Incorrect (different from the item you ordered), you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery at orders@terminalmerchandise.com.

 

To be eligible for review:

You must provide your order number.

You must submit clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

We reserve the right to request return of the defective or incorrect item before issuing a replacement or store credit.

After reviewing the information provided, at our discretion we may provide compensation. 

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is authorized due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover standard shipping costs for sending the replacement to you.

 

4. Legal Rights

This Return Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If local laws require a minimum return period for defective items, we will comply with those requirements.
